RIDING LESSONS
The Quiet Magic of Horses, a special kind of magic — one that calms the anxious heart, builds quiet confidence, and invites the rider into a deeper sense of self. At Bridlewood Crossings, we see how a gentle horse and a caring mentor can inspire something lasting in a rider's heart.
Private horseback lessons are more than just riding. They're a journey into victory, perseverance, and tranquility — guided by wise and gentle horses. For beginners or returning riders, our instructors help build strength, calm, and connection, one step at a time.
Private instruction allows one-on-one training to assess needs and establish goals. These lessons are customized to fit the needs of each participant.
$100 for a 1-hour private lesson
$185 for Four-1 hour private lessons
Additional Facility Fee: There is a $10 facility usage fee per lesson, which helps us maintain a safe, clean, and well-equipped space for both riders and horses.
PARTIES WITH HORSES MAKE LIFE MORE FUN
We believe that community, fun, and the beauty of the horse belong together — and we love creating those moments here at Bridlewood. Our horses and donkeys love to celebrate. For 2 hours we will celebrate together by offering a mini lesson for the one with the special day, 5-10 minute ride for all the children invited - up to 15 students, a craft provided, and grooming or painting the horses.

Meet the Founder
Stephanie Wilson is a lifelong equestrian and passionate educator with decades of experience in both the horse industry and higher education. She grew up managing her family’s performance horse operation, helping youth riders achieve state and national honors.
Stephanie served as Associate Dean of Equine Studies at Lake Erie College, where she launched a degree in Equine Entrepreneurship and coached a semi-national championship IHSA Western Rider. She is also Assistant Lecturer and Online Program Coordinator Emerita from Ball State University's Center for Information and Communication Sciences, bringing over 20 years of experience in coaching, teaching, and leadership development.
As a Certified Clifton Strengths Coach, Stephanie blends horsemanship with mentorship — creating a place at Bridlewood Crossings where riders grow in confidence, connection, and purpose.
